renew an expired key

If your blue BusID key card has expired (issued to customers from 5 to 18 years of age) you can renew it here.

If you do not have a digital picture of yourself that can be emailed or uploaded, you are welcome to call 01273 886200 and arrange to post a picture of yourself in to us which we can then use for your application. Don't forget you could also take a picture with your mobile phone! You can find out about guidance for acceptable pictures by visiting our dedicated FAQs page.
