Customers who have already provided an email address - READ this section
If you have got your smart card from One Stop Travel and have already provided us with your e-mail address, your account is ready for use.
In order to gain access you will need to generate a password. Follow the simple steps below to do this:
Step 1. Enter your email address below and click the 'send password' button:
Step 2. Retrieve your e-mailed password from your e-mail account.
Step 3. Click home and enter your e-mail address and password to login to your account, where you can top up and purchase new products online.
In the event that you do not receive a password to your email account, please follow the below section and a customer representative will be able to assist and check your personal details.
Students - complimentary key cards
